Spring Place’s first location is located in New York within the 140,000 square foot Spring Studios building located at 6 St. Johns Lane designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and Aldo Andreoli of AA Studio.

Equally balanced between work and leisure, Spring Place’s social spaces possess a fine dining restaurant, bar and lounge, two private dining rooms, a living room with theatre and conversation pit, a music room and an 18,000 square foot rooftop with sweeping views of Manhattan.

Tailored to members’ individual needs, the Spring Place workspaces include private videoconferencing suites, dedicated small-team offices and boardrooms, temporary showrooms and event venues. The workspace has six private work and meeting rooms, four boardrooms, two executive suites and a 3,400 square foot communal workspace gallery.
